Well I realised yesterday that by concentrating on the flexibility of the right wrist I have missed a trick.
Its all been about flattening the hand to allow the heel to come down and allow me to put weight through the heel of the hand/end of the wrist. Since most of you will be trying to picture this I should say its the way that you get up from the floor or out of bed so you can imagine life is more challenging without righty!
Well it occurred to me that I could use my fist and apply the load that way, I had no idea why I hadn’t tried this before!
Well now I know, it bloody hurts the arm will not take that load and so its an exercise in pain generation with minimum movement. Another question answered!
