Well since my back is still killing me from a terrible night in which it complained about accommodating injuries I thought I would update.
My knee is still the wrong shape but I’m sure the pressure bandage will teach it where to go, not bothered if its the right place just back where it doesn’t hurt!
I have physiotherapy tomorrow and she will be pleased that lefty now has a little upwards movement and more downwards, she may not be impressed that I’ve got a little side to side and can now touch, just, all finger tips with my thumb ( wasn’t supposed to do that bit).
She won’t be impressed that I have better movement in righty or that I’m not wearing splints/ supports but I’ve read the transfer notes and I’m pretty comfortable she won’t gain any knowledge from those….
I think the technique of sleeping on righty is helping but I’m not sure it will ever overcome the structural issue. I have next consultant (is that a song? No that’s next contestant) on the thirtieth for righty and I’m sure he expects me to experiment in the intervening period, well of he doesn’t he will learn.
