Well what fun, I have just completed the SWOT analysis on the POW, for those of you that have ever worked for Bombardier you will recognise this as one of the delights of the RWD armoury!
So I’ve considered the risks and the weaknesses and I’m not finding the detail that I seem to have missed which would explain the apparent dire state of affairs of the erstwhile Enterprise Inns. I am having the uncomfortable feeling that there is something there that I am missing, some reason why a premises struggles and of course I would want to know what that is now and not in 6 months time!
I have an acorn map to include in the business plan tomorrow and some more maths to add along with the brewery contacts. So I have a pretty polished business plan and it seems to say it can work, here’s hoping that another visit will help me slot the details in.
The planned visit this weekend is a formal viewing which will result in a frantic rush to incorporate the accommodation, kitchen and back room details into the business plan.
Back to the mundane of trying to redesign a door system for London underground tomorrow and the interesting thing is that at no point will I doubt that I need to change my path.
