Well I hope Steve, Lorraine, Craig and Pete had a good time on Saturday, sorry I couldn’t get out with you guys but its my Harry’s birthday today so I wanted to spend some time with him.
Debating the differences that Listed Building Status makes to business plans looks the way forward this week, so how do the costs for conversion differ when you have to preserve a building? Is conversion compatible with listed status? Are material or trades costs significantly impacted by listed status?

Alongside all of this we are looking at alternative land parcels, renegotiation of the current plot and other alternatives to counter the gazumping on the parking plot.
